Meet Our Founder
Cole Sellazzo
Founder at Southern Acres Land Co., he focuses on buying, developing, and repositioning land across the coastal Carolinas. Cole and his team find undervalued dirt, guide it through due diligence, rezoning, and subdivision planning, then partner with builders or package it with homes for resale.
His approach is simple: move fast, keep things clear, and execute with precision — but never at the expense of the environment. He’s intentional about how and where he builds, prioritizing designs that respect wetlands, natural drainage, and the existing landscape. He believes responsible development can both add value and protect the places that make the Lowcountry unique.
